16 Iconic Sights and Traditions at Dormie Network Golf Clubs
Fore, please.
With The Masters Tournament on the horizon, the game’s most celebrated traditions take center stage—timeless rituals, iconic visuals and moments that define the experience as much as the competition itself.
That same spirit lives on at Dormie Network. Each club tells its own story through the land, the food, and the little details you only notice when you’re there—the kind that stay with you long after the round is over. No two destinations are the same, yet each feels personal, welcoming, and quietly unforgettable.
Enjoy our tour of 16 iconic sights and traditions that make Dormie Network one of the most memorable golf travel experiences in the country.
1. Dormie Network Golf Tees
The colors. The stripes. The logo. One black stripe honors the history of golf. The other represents its future. This signature design carries through from flagsticks on the course to merchandise, creating a visual thread that ties every round together.

2. Jack & Jose
Jack and Jose, the duo of longhorn cattle from Silver Star Longhorn Ranch in Collinsville, Texas, arrived at Briggs Ranch in 2021 and have been greeting members—and accepting treats—ever since. They are, without question, the most recognizable friends on the property.

5. The Gauntlet
A pivotal moment in the Masters Tournament each year, Amen Corner at Augusta is a three-hole stretch that’s as beautiful as it is challenging. Water lurks on each hole, and the iconic bridges only add to the lore. Sound familiar? The Gauntlet at Victoria National is just as formidable. This five-hole stretch, originally dubbed "The Gauntlet" during the Korn Ferry Tour, is a true test of tenacity. Play it once, and you’ll understand exactly why the name stuck.
6. Goat Trak
Ballyhack’s par-3 course, the Goat Trak, captures the same playful spirit as The Masters’ Par 3 Contest, where friendly competition meets family fun. Perfect for a round with loved ones or a lighthearted wager, the course is named for the hardworking African Boer goats that help maintain it, creating a truly memorable experience for golfers of all ages.
7. This Ain’t 7 Sign

8. Drive Through Silo
