Three Days at Briggs Ranch Golf Club

Briggs Ranch Golf Club | San Antonio, Texas

Looking for a quick getaway? A trip to Briggs Ranch Golf Club just might be the ticket. This renowned club, located just 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio, offers a fun and scenic layout set against the backdrop of the Texas Hill Country.

Even a short trip is a great way to escape from the stresses of daily life and spend quality time with friends, family, or colleagues. Three days is the perfect amount of time to get a few rounds of golf in and experience the best of San Antonio, but short enough to fit into a busy schedule.

Here’s how to make the most of that time, for any size or type of group.

Your Buddy Trip at Briggs Ranch

Socializing with your crew, lowkey exercise, friendly competition, and relaxation from the daily grind—just some of the reasons members bring their friends to experience the pure golf experience at Briggs Ranch. This club is one of the best in the network for a buddy trip, with its casual culinary fare and relaxed ambiance.

With the benefit of 15-minute tee times your foursome will have a relaxing round, and private small-scale tournaments and other special formats are also available on request.

Your Business Trip at Briggs Ranch

With a variety of meeting spaces in the clubhouse and four private master suites in each casita joined by a common room, Briggs Ranch hosts corporate and client groups with ease.

The Mixed Grill dining room seats up to 35 with classroom, theater, or round table arrangements. The wine room’s boardroom layout seats eight, and executive casitas also have 10-seat tables for private meetings. Learn more about entertaining business groups at Dormie Network clubs.

Entertaining Groups of Any Size at Briggs Ranch

Bringing just your foursome and spouses? Choose any casita on the property, though we recommend the Premier Casita for its proximity to the lit putting green and mobile Truck Stop bar and taco stand.

The Hacienda Patio, flanked by four casitas, has a private firepit with ample Adirondacks, ambient string lighting, and a special view of the 9th hole, perfect for groups of up to 16.

And don’t forget to visit mini longhorns Jack and Jose!

San Antonio offers plenty of other attractions, such as the River Walk, Alamo, and the rodeo, so you can combine golf with sightseeing for a well-rounded trip.
