The Best of Dormie Network: 2025 Highlights
A look back at Dormie Network’s standout moments from 2025.
Tee times at top-ranked courses, conversations that sparked lasting connections, relaxing in the complete comfort of private cottages, savoring chef-prepared meals, and shopping one-of-a-kind apparel. At Dormie Network, these are the experiences that define 2025.
As the year draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to look back on our team’s favorite moments. Their stories paint the picture of what makes Dormie Network so.

Eric Levings chipped in on #18 to win the Harvester Member-Guest. The crowd went wild, and Eric made sure to let everyone know that he is "The Champ" on every visit!
The gifting! Custom co-branded hats with various corporate members were given as cottage gifts. At the Couples Member-Guest, we had an awesome Summit Golf Brands shopping experience paired with a custom leather duffle bag for each couple.
ArborLinks’ caddie program reached new heights, completing the most caddie loops in ArborLinks history.
The year of ArborLinks staff weddings! I got married in June and our "Love Birds" Casey Steffens (Club Services Manager) and Shelby Steffens (Merchandise Manager), tied the knot in September.

The boxing matches during the Texas Legends Member-Guest in May. Watching the surprise and receiving the feedback, “That was the best entertainment we’ve ever seen at a member guest,” was special. This was a lot of fun, and the members really enjoyed it.

The team hit our Golf Shop goals and provided double the amount of merchandise available in the shop by adding additional fixtures.
Hosting a Big Sky Bravery event in May. Working with Stephanie Uter, Big Sky Bravery’s Director of Events, we curated incredible gifting for each person.
Flagship Member-Guest STITCH gifting experience was so cool to create for members and their guests. Everyone received a Birdie Bag upon arrival, Ultimate Garment Bag in their rooms with two polos and a hoodie, a Dopp Kitt, a wine tote, and a fairway headcover on the 16th tee handed out by our local rep from Cary, Tom Presby. Finally, on each participant’s personal golf cart, they received a STITCH towel, Valuables Pouch, and Titleist Flagship logoed golf balls.

Being involved in the Dormie Masters Event in October, for the Phelan Lucky Foundation, and getting to see how much of an impact it made on our members, their guests, and everyone involved with this special event.

Having both of my sons at Dormie Club helping prepare for the spring Member-Guest. They are both college students and work part-time for me throughout the year, but that weekend stands out because it was Dormie Club's biggest event and they were both here. It was nice to have them both in for those couple of days.

The Cattle Drive in July. This was our first Member-Guest event at GrayBull, and the experience was top-notch. Members and their guests made connections with others across the country. The golf was great, finishing with a memorable Qureshi shootout win, Chef Joey Falco and his culinary team left everyone in awe with each meal, and the gifting was much appreciated by everyone.

We added a Golden Tee to Executive floors (first floors) of the Dormie, Coore and Crenshaw Houses. It’s a fun addition, enhancing the members’ experience. Members get very excited for Golden Tee!
Hidden Creek hosted nine campus takeovers and five tournaments in 2025. All were successful! Hidden Creek’s elevated hospitality showcased our teamwork, which was reflected in the guest experiences.

The Seaside Member-Guest event in October. This was my first tournament experience at Hidden Creek and was the best opportunity to get to know the members. We did a custom shoe fitting for everyone and gifted headcovers that the team and I designed. The golf team came up with great designs to pull together some fresh pieces for gifting. Dinner was a big hit, and members enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to many more fun events!

The Shore Member-Guest from June 26-28 is always my favorite event of the year because there is so much lead-up. It is the first of our two three-day member-guest events. To me, it is nice to see the hard work and preparation come to fruition and see the members and guests enjoying Hidden Creek. The group that we had was a lot of fun, and they had a great time over the three days. It’s great to see the reaction of the winners when it is all over!

When Mike Daum's 7 or 8-year-old son made a hole in one on hole #11 from the red tees (119 yards). The excitement, not only from him, being his first hole-in-one, but the joy that it brought Mike was something very special! To have a dad get to experience that first one with his son, on their home course, is a memory they will share for a lifetime.
