Celebrate The Masters with These Perfect Pairings

Dormie Network and LPGA Women’s Network show you how to prepare chef-inspired meals and drinks based on some of golf’s most iconic championships.
This week, we celebrate The Masters with Pimento Cheese Fritters with Lobster Louie Sauce and a Peach John Daly.
Pimento Cheese Fritters
1 1/2 cups self-rising cornmeal
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg lightly beaten
1 cup Pimiento Cheese Spread
Combine all ingredients and form into small balls
Fry in oil at 350 until golden brown
Louie Sauce with Lobster
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sweet relish
2oz lobster claw meat
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Peach John Daly
5 oz peach lemonade
5 oz iced tea
1.5 oz Vodka
Stir together and serve over ice with a peach and lemon wedge
