Celebrate The Masters with These Perfect Pairings

Dormie Network and LPGA Women’s Network show you how to prepare chef-inspired meals and drinks based on some of golf’s most iconic championships.

This week, we celebrate The Masters with Pimento Cheese Fritters with Lobster Louie Sauce and a Peach John Daly.

Pimento Cheese Fritters

  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising cornmeal

  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

  • 1 egg lightly beaten

  • 1 cup Pimiento Cheese Spread

  • Combine all ingredients and form into small balls

  • Fry in oil at 350 until golden brown

Louie Sauce with Lobster

  • 1 cup mayo

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/2 cup sweet relish

  • 2oz lobster claw meat

  • Squeeze of fresh lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Peach John Daly

  • 5 oz peach lemonade

  • 5 oz  iced tea

  • 1.5 oz Vodka

  • Stir together and serve over ice with a peach and lemon wedge
